How should i hold the pick?
ok i've been playing guitar for about 3 months and i hold the pick with my thumb and middle finger but is it better to hold it with your thumb and pointer finger? Does it even make a difference cause if does i want to change my habit now instead of later thanks
Most people use the thumb and first finger, but at the end of the day it's whatever is comfortable for you.
Depending on the style of guitar you play or eventually want to play, using the middle finger might even be a better option. Lots of Metal Guitar solos use a lot of tapping which would be easier using your first finger.
