Pedals won't stick to Pedalboard?
This is an odd question...but i'm building a pedalboard using a core equipment diamond plate board, and it uses velcro as its method of pedal attachment. The problem is the velcro is so strong that it actually peels the glue off of the back of my pedals. If i can't move them around, i might as well just glue them in place. Is there anything i can do to fix this problem? Perhaps a method of strengthening the hold on the pedal, or a different method entirely? Thanks!
Yeah, if you want to be able to stick the pedals anywhere, Velcro is your best option. You might try smaller patches of Velcro - it won't hold the pedal as strong, but it'll be easier to rip apart at the end of the day. Also, try getting Velcro tape that comes in long strips, and wind a long strip of it all the way around the pedal. This way, the Velcro on the pedals is held by the power of a strip glued to the entire surface of the pedal, not just the bottom of it (downside, you've got Velcro on the sides and top of the pedal, so maybe your pants cuffs will stick - be careful 
I should think that diamond plate is steel - maybe you could try magnets? Old speakers or old hard drives have strong magnets in them that you might try. Other than going with pegboard or something that you can bolt the pedals to, those are my ideas.
