I'd stay away from this one. There's no specific info given but from the description, you have to assume the truss rod is broken or stripped and needs replacing. A new truss rod is cheap... http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Truss_rods/Adjustable_truss_rods/Traditional_Truss_Rod.html but replacing it usually involves removing the fretboard. That's why the neck is advertised as a project for luthiers. If you're hoping for a bolt together project, this is probably more than you want to attempt. The neck is also defaced and stamped as a second...not something I'd want on my guitar.
The other thing to consider...or at least research...is if a Jackson neck is compatible with your Epiphone body. The Jackson is a 25.5" scale neck. Gibson and Epiphone typically use a 24.75" scale. The Epi V models I could find specs for are 24.75" scale. I couldn't find the specs on the Epi V JJ model, but if it's 24.75" scale, then you can't use a Jackson neck without re-positioning the bridge backwards by 3/4 inch.
If you can't find the correct neck, consider buying an aftermarket one. Warmouth makes Jackson style necks in 24.75" and 25.5" scales. http://www.warmoth.com/Pages/GuitarNecks.aspx
