Would installing a full-size humbucking pickup on a Fender Mustang lower its value?
I just want to know if I put a full-size humbucker in my Mustang's bridge, will the value of the guitar be lowered???

Probably. I think I'd consider reversible or non-invasive options before butchering the pickguard.
1. Get a stacked humbucker which will look like and fit the same way as the original pickup.
2. Add a switched tone control which will rewire the two pickups in series...making them act like one humbucker.
3. Have you seen the new Pawnshop Series? There is a Mustang with 2 humbuckers: http://www.fender.com/products/pawnshop/models.php?prodNo=0266400 Maybe you can pick up a pre-wired pickguard/pickups for one of them and swap it out on your guitar (keeping the original)
