stratocaster pickup configuration question?
i am in the market for EMG's and would love to put them in a strat.
the problem i run into is for the EMG's i want are HSH (humbucker/single/humbucker) configuration
more speciffically
B/M/N
85/S/60A
under the strat pickguard is there any way to put a humbucker in the neck of an HSS strat?
and...
if so is there room for the EMG battery pack with the HSH config.?
please answer in detail

or possible a tele Single Coil for the middle.

Is it a newer strat (with a pickguard) or an older one (without a pickguard)?
If it is a newer one. you should have plenty of room to to add an additional humbucker and battery pack. Take off the pickguard and see if there is room. If there isn't, use a dremel and route out a larger hole in the body and/or the pickguard.
It's rather hard to tell you in detail since you didn't mention if it is a new or an older strat.
