Why is my gibson les paul voodoo neck pickup not fully functioning?
I just got my new guitar today, a gibson les paul voodoo. It sounds amazing, but the only problem is the neck pickup. Everytime i switch from bridge to neck, the volume goes way down. But if i strum really hard, and kind of hit the pickup, it works fine. Any ideas of why this is happening?
hey try taking it to a repair shop. its just probably not fastened right. the same thing happened with my tuning machines on my stratocaster. they would vibrate and make a weird noise, but when you would strum hard, it wouldn't. Turned out it wasn't on right, and it was brand new too.
