im pretty new playing the guitar; but i dont have one of my own, this past weekend I was at guitar center looking at this one. The man in the store said this is a great one to have.

I'd go with the Ovation, they have a rounded back and are comfy to learn and play on. Also, to carry around. They may be a bit more sturdy too, and are fun to play. But I do also suggest going to a store and playing a few different types to see what feels right for you.
