How to set knobs and pickup selector in an electric guitar to get distortion?
I recently bought a Washburn WI15 electric guitar and an amp but i don't know how to set the knobs and pickup selector to get distortion!!
Besides, it has 4 knobs so i'm really confused!!
Guitars do not create distortion. It requires an amp with a distortion setting built in or an effects pedal that can distort the signal.
I am not familiar with that specific model, but two of those knobs are probably the volume for each pick-up and the other two are the tone controls. They will not distort no matter what you do with them.
